To achieve synchronization when animations are meant only for the supply language, localized content is mostly recorded working with strategies borrowed from Film dubbing (like rythmo band) or, when visuals will not be offered, localized dubbing is done employing supply audios for a reference. This is amazingly useful for foreign language films.
